  • DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
    We accept Texas Children Health Plan and Molina Healthcare insurance. For private and other insurance, we need a pre-authorization letter from your insurer to provide services.
  • WHAT AREA DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?
    Our transportation services cover a wide range of areas within Houston, TX, and its neighboring cities. Whether you need transportation to downtown Houston, the Museum District, the Medical Center, or even the surrounding cities such as Katy, Sugarland, Cypress, The Woodlands, and Pearland, we've got you covered.
  • HOW MUCH DOES NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORT COST?
    The cost of non-emergency medical transport can vary depending on several factors. These factors may include the distance of the transportation, the type of vehicle used, and any additional services or accommodations needed. Contact us to get specific pricing details.

    Our service hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. during weekdays. Specific requirements outside of these service hours, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss your needs further, as we may be able to accommodate special arrangements to meet your transport needs.
  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE A RIDE?
    We advise clients to book rides at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to secure availability and ensure a smooth experience. By booking in advance, you increase the likelihood of securing your desired date, time. However, it's important to note that last-minute bookings may also be accommodated based on availability. To guarantee your preferred arrangements, we suggest contacting us as soon as your plans are confirmed to secure your reservation.

    Yes, caregivers or companions are welcome to accompany you on your ride. We understand the importance of having a support person during transportation, especially for medical appointments or other important journeys. When scheduling your ride, please let our team know that you would like to have a caregiver or companion accompany you.

We establish billing accounts for healthcare organizations, allowing them to conveniently pay for transportation services rendered. If you represent a healthcare organization and would like to discuss payment options or set up a billing account, please contact our dedicated team, and they will assist you in the process.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE WHEELCHAIRS FOR CLIENTS?
    Yes, we provide wheelchair services for clients who require them during transportation. Our wheelchair services are available at a cost of $35. When scheduling your ride, please inform our team that you require a wheelchair, and they will make the necessary arrangements to ensure a wheelchair-accessible vehicle is assigned for your transportation.
  • CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
    We have a cancellation and change policy in place to ensure efficient scheduling and fair service to all our customers. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, we kindly request a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, there will be no charges incurred for the cancellation or changes made. However, for same-day cancellations or changes, the cost will be equivalent to the amount of a one-way trip. We strive to be flexible and understanding of unexpected circumstances, but same-day cancellations or changes often result in disruptions to our scheduling and availability. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact our customer support team directly, and they will assist you further and provide any necessary information regarding fees or refunds, as applicable.
